Red Boswell, President of IFPG

Red brings more than 25 years of executive leadership in many areas of franchising, marketing, and entrepreneurship. In his role as President of IFPG, Red is responsible for growing membership as well as developing and overseeing new and exciting programs to support members of the Consultant network. Red’s work at IFPG has led to its distinction as the #1 franchise broker network, named by Entrepreneur magazine for the past six years in a row.
In 1998, Red founded and built a nationwide chain of 148 pet-service franchises. After selling the franchise system, Red launched Integriserv, a franchise and marketing consulting firm. Red also fueled his business-building passions in his roles as Chief Growth Officer for North America of a global franchise brand. Next he took on the role of Global Chief development Officer then North American CEO for a franchise platform organization leading 7 franchise brands including the world’s largest business coaching firm.
Extremely active in the franchise community, Red participates in major industry events, serving on expert panels and advocating for the industry. In 2022, Red completed an MBA with an emphasis in Franchising from Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Titus Center for Franchising.
A lifelong Texan, Red is active in his church, reads a book a week and is an avid off-road skateboarding enthusiast and water sports junkie. He and his wife of 25 years, Shell live in Carrollton, TX and invest their time building a legacy through their three college-age children – all who have jobs in franchising white in school.
